You are invited to participate in a 30-minute liturgical prayer, which includes readings and wisdom passed on by Celtic monks. This rhythm of prayer will help you to focus at the beginning of the day. Matins has elements of liturgy, scripture, meditation and free prayer.
You can participate on-site at Kastanienallee 71 or via Zoom.

DANCER'S MEET UP
Every first Wednesday of the month at 8:00 p.m.
The 20th century American choreographer Ruth St. Denis described dance as "a communication between body and soul in order to express what is too deep to find words for". At the Dancer's Meet Up we use set movement and guided improvisation to connect with God and express our deepest selves. Dance experience is helpful but not necessary.
Everyone is welcome. Participation is free. Donations are appreciated.
You can register for the dancers' meet up via limelight@heilsarmee.de
