Matins ist ein liturgisches Morgengebet mit Lesungen und Weisheiten, die von den keltischen Mönchen durch die Jahrhunderte weitergegeben wurden. Dieser Gebetsrhythmus hilft dir, dich schon am Anfang des Tages auf die wesentlichen Dinge zu fokussieren. Das Morgengebet besteht aus Liturgie, Bibeltexten, Meditationen und freiem Gebet.

Das Morgengebet ist ein kooperatives Projekt, das in Partnerschaft mit Envision Berlin durchgeführt wird. Die Liturgien und Texte stammen aus dem Buch "Celtic Daily Prayer", eine Sammlung von Liturgien, Gebeten und Meditationen der Northumbria Community. Es gibt eine begleitende Gruppe auf Signal, in der die Schriftlesungen des Tages sowie eventuelle Ferienpausen mitgeteilt werden.   

Die Teilnahme ist vor Ort in der Kastanienallee 71 oder per Zoom möglich. 
Dauer: ca. 30 Minuten
Montag und Freitag: in englischer Sprache
Mittwoch: in deutscher Sprache

Matins is a liturgical morning prayer with readings and wisdom passed down by Celtic monks through the centuries. This rhythm of prayer helps you focus on the essentials right at the start of the day. Morning prayer consists of liturgy, Bible texts, meditations, and free prayer.

Morning prayer is a collaborative project carried out in partnership with Envision Berlin. The liturgies and texts are taken from the book “Celtic Daily Prayer,” a collection of liturgies, prayers, and meditations from the Northumbria Community. There is an accompanying group on Signal where the readings of the day and any holiday breaks are announced.

Participation is possible on site at Kastanienallee 71 or via Zoom.

Wednesday: in German
